Today’s focus: Inspiration Amplified: I appreciate my twitter and Facebook friend David Etkin’s  (@davidaetkin ) Whatever Wednesday meme. It is fun to reflect on one thing each week that really catches my attention, entertains me, and is special enough I just have to share it with the world.

Here’s my Whatever Wednesday Randomness:  

I’m now officially on summer holiday!! Woot! This means…. I might lighten up a little on the sharing? Naah.

For those of you who have noticed, I admire following through on commitments. Personally, I like it when people know that if I commit to something, I’ll follow through. I really enjoy being the “go to” person that others rely on. I limit my commitments though. Students and some family members have heard me say this many times: “I can’t promise you that because I am not certain I can keep the promise…

I know an author I can count on to always inspire me. Her books make me smile, sometimes cry. When she creates a video, I anticipate watching it. She is someone I count on to exemplify hope. I just adore Amy Krouse Rosenthal.

So a few weeks ago, I heard about her new commitment: create and share new website every week for a year.

I thought it was a little nuts to be honest. I’ve committed to writing my blog 4-6 times per week and will ease up if I ever feel burned out, but creating a new webpage every week? http://awebsiteaweek.weebly.com There’s a commitment.

So, I’ve watched this website develop. When this post goes on, there will be four weeks of creativity and inspiration. I meditated on a marshmallow. Didn’t expect to be meditating on a marshmallow, but it actually felt good. I enjoyed watching and getting excited about the Mending Machine Amy created the second week. The week before, I turned in a photo I was proud of to Amy’s Pantone Prose & Pictures webpage.

So, what has INSPIRED me this week besides the amazing Amy Krouse Rosenthal?

A video my mom sent me about a joggler. A juggling runner. Way cool. So happy to learn about him: AND did you know that there is a ISJF- International Sport Juggling Federation? Ok then, I’ve always admired jugglers. The closest I came to actual juggling was when it was an actual assignment in Jr. High School- part of the way you pass the class. Getting two balls in the air was enough for me… I’ll admire others:
